Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site hardware support to clients
  • Provide technical support, advice, and assistance to clients with technical, hardware, and system problems
  • Handle installation and set-up of system
  • Train clients for onboarding
  • Assist in other technical matters and installation when required
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on computer implementation, troubleshooting and solution
  • Technical project management
  • Procure IT equipment and update IT inventory
  • There will be a lot of other opportunities for cross domain learning
Requirements:
  • Someone who likes technology
  • Experience in customer support environment would be a plus
  • Effectively bilingual (Good communication skills to correspond and provide technical support, advice, and assistance to clients with technical, hardware, and system problems)
  • Competent project management skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with varying deadlines
  • Rational thinker, possessing effective problem-solving skills
  • Most importantly, openness to continuous learning
