A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking a professional to design and execute the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. The role involves building demand processes, enhancing customer relationships, and fostering collaboration across departments. Ideal candidates should have proficiency in ERP systems and analytical tools, alongside strong decision-making and people development skills. Qualifications

Job description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Monitor S&OP Process:Build and standardize the demand process, organize long-term forecast policy, and conduct mid-term capacity reviews.
    Actively participate in sales budget definition and improve the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process.
    Monitor and drive consistency across demand, supply, and capacity planning.
    Organize strategic planning activities, match planning to identify risks and opportunities, and enhance mid-term planning visibility.
  • Execution of Demand Planning:Partner with operations, finance, R&D, projects, and purchasing teams to support improvement or development initiatives.
    Identify and adjust supply chain support and improve initiatives with a supply chain dimension.
  • Sales Forecast Management:Participate in customer strategic forecast definition and implement best practices in sales forecast maintenance.
    Improve monitoring, tools, and processes from CRM to demand planning.
    Develop customer relationships to ensure effective planning, order management, and innovation.
    Propose continuous improvement and supply chain services to enhance customer relations and manage crises.
  • Technical Competencies:Proficiency in English and local language.
    Experience with ERP systems, Office 365, and data management systems.
    Analytical skills, ideally with tools like BO and Power BI.
    Knowledge of demand planning (preferably Anaplan), basic industry engineering, and experience in the smartcard/semiconductor field.
    Understanding of sales and operations planning.
