Job description

Inventory & Supply Planning

Monitor demand and plan supply requirements accurately

• Organize and conduct inventory and forecast meetings with the Project Manager
• Analyze data and prepare draft forecast submissions
• Finalize and submit accurate forecast data
• Maintain and update forecasts in procurement systems
• Set forecast limits and approve submissions accordingly
• Monitor slow-moving items and take corrective actions to meet targets

Plan proactively to maintain optimal inventory levels

• Implement processes to track inventory levels across all product lines, both short- and long-term
• Monitor and evaluate Days of Supply (DOS) and forecast accuracy

Coordinate supply chain operations to support Singapore and regional offices

• Align processes across internal and external stakeholders for better visibility of customer demand, supply plans, production, and materials in transit
• Process procurement data on a weekly basis
• Optimize drop shipment processes according to business rules
• Generate and process purchase orders as required
• Receive, update, and manage product pricing in SAP
• Resolve missing pricing issues with the Product Manager, coordinate price revisions with Japan HQ, and manage price file approval and release
• Execute SAP transactional operations
• Download and review weekly shipping outbound schedules, and dispatch delivery schedules

Stock Allocation Management

Manage allocation of stock based on forecast, additional requests, and surplus inventory to sales companies

• Perform weekly stock allocation to sales companies for outgoing shipments
• Respond promptly to inquiries and additional stock requests from sales companies
