General
- Reporting to the General Manager of the company.
- Identify with and practice the company's core values of safety, integrity, conservation, ownership, ethics, and professionalism at work.
- Collate and organise timely and accurate logistics reports of the company and its subsidiaries for the directors and management as required.
- Actively communicate communiques, policies, directives, etc., set out by the company to other staff, agents under employment by, or affiliated with, the company or its subsidiaries.
Operational Administration
- Maintain and be responsible for inventory accuracy.
- Maintain records of goods received and update on unsatisfactory goods.
- Provide administrative support for land delivery and collection activities.
- Provide administrative support for all shipping activities and documentation.
- Manage the disposal and recycling of all process-generated waste and scrap.
- Perform loading and unloading of goods from containers and trucks when required.
- Perform regular stock takes and address non-conformances.
- Plan and schedule drivers for collection or loading operations.
- Prepare and maintain records of goods during loading and unloading.
- Prepare and manage the logistics system to optimise time management.
- Put away goods to pallet locations, shelf locations, and cantilever racking.
- Responsible for 5S housekeeping rules.
- Enforce operational and safety policies among the workforce on site in the facility.
- Other duties as assigned.
