About the role - you will

• Implement and enforce anti-corruption and anti-bribery policies across indirect procurement and supplier onboarding
• Conduct due diligence on suppliers, assessing ownership, legal history, and ethical practices
• Maintain and update supplier records, compliance documentation, and audit trails in systems (e.g., MDG)
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory frameworks (FCPA, UK Bribery Act, local laws)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, legal, finance, engineering, IT, sustainability, risk management)
• Identifyand mitigate supply chain risks related to compliance, sustainability, and governance
• Align procurement processes with SOX requirements in partnership with internal audit and finance
• Deliver compliance training and regulatory updates to procurement and business teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement compliance and supplier governance
• Support supply chain project management and digital transformation initiatives

Note: This position is an individual contributor role and does not involve people management.

About you

• In-depthknowledge of procurement regulations, contract law, and audit procedures
• Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in SAP ERP, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Effective analytical and project management capabilities
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks including anti-bribery laws and labor regulations
• Experience with ISO standards, risk management, and sustainability practices is preferred
• Professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Chartered institute of procurement & supply (CIPS) Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified compliance & ethics professional (CCEP), Certified fraud examiner (CFE) are highlydesirable Shape
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related discipline

Location

The Shugart site (named after Seagate’s founder, Al Shugart) is a research and design center. Easily accessible from the One-North MRT Station, many employees choose to take mass-transportation to work.
