Job Summary

We are looking for a hands‑on and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Singapore. This role is critical to managing and executing day‑to‑day warehouse operations supporting ZOLL’s business across the Asia Pacific region. You will lead a team, oversee all warehouse activities including inventory management, logistics coordination, and compliance with SOPs, ensuring efficient and accurate operations.

Essential Functions
  • Supervise and lead the warehouse team to ensure productivity, accuracy, and efficiency in daily operations.
  • Plan and optimise warehouse space, racking systems, and resource allocation.
  • Enforce proper protocols for goods receiving, inspection, and system transactions using Oracle.
  • Manage Pick & Pack operations and ensure FIFO practices are followed for all outbound deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform weekly cycle counts and annual stock takes.
  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment.
  • Implement and maintain 5S standards and support SOP/risk assessment initiatives.
  • Liaise with dispatch teams and transport service providers.
  • Support import/export documentation and compliance activities.
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse and logistics operations, with proven leadership experience.
  • Forklift license and valid driver’s license required.
  • Proficient with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and basic office software.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism.
  • Self‑driven, with a proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
