A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking an experienced construction manager to coordinate daily tasks based on project drawings. The role involves preparing schedules, overseeing site quality, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. The position offers an opportunity to lead construction projects while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Main duties include coordinating tasks for the day, based on the drawing,prepare BBS,creating schedules for workers, oversee quality of the site, managing the budget and to report the progress of the project to superiors.
Coordinate construction work according to priorities and plans
Follow work schedule and monitor attendance of workers
Allocate general and daily responsibilities
Ensure that work is carried out in compliance with drawings, designs, specifications and all authorities’ regulations
Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
Resolve problems when they arise
Minimum 5 years relevant experience with similar capacity.
