Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager in daily operations and progress of work.
• Supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• Work closely with site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• Plan for the next day and schedule accordingly.
• Take inventory of materials and submit reorder details to management.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per drawings or plan.
• Monitor the progress and quality of work being performed.
• Ensure execution of work meets acceptable standards.
• Attend daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instructions.
• Understand and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure quality of products and manage returns if damaged.
• Be ready to work shifts and holidays based on project needs.

Responsibilities

• TO ASSIST THE PROJECT MANAGER IN THE DAILY OPERATIONS AND PROGRESS OF WORK.
• TO SUPERVISE THE WORK OF SUB-CONTRACTORS AND IN HOUSE WORKERS.
• TO WORK CLOSELY WITH OTHER SITE OPERATIONS STAFF TO MEET THE PROJECT SCHEDULE.
• RESPONSIBLE TO PLAN FOR NEXT DAY, SCHEDULE FOR NEXT DAY.
• RESPONSIBLE TO TAKE INVENTORY OF MATERIALS AND SUBMIT REORDER MATERIAL DETAILS TO MANAGEMENT.
• ENSURE INSTALLATION IS CARRIED OUT AS PER DRAWINGS OR PLAN.
• TO MONITOR THE PROGRESS AND QUALITY OF WORK BEING PERFORMED BY WORKERS.
• ENSURE THAT WORKS ARE EXECUTED WITHIN AN ACCEPTABLE STANDARD OF WORKMANSHIP.
• ATTEND THE DAILY TOOL-BOX MEETING AND CONVEY CLEAR INSTRUCTION ACCORDINGLY.
• UNDERSTAND AND ENSURE COMPLIANCE IN PROJECT REQUIREMENT AND SCOPE OF WORK.
• TO ENSURE THE QUALITY OF PRODUCTS ARE GOOD AND RETURN TO SUPPLIERS IF ANY DAMAGE.
• READY TO WORK IN ANY SHIFTS AND IN HOLIDAYS DEPENDS ON PROJECT NEED.
