Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor electricians/technicians, assigning tasks and reviewing work.
• Plan, schedule, and organize electrical projects, managing budgets and timelines.
• Enforce safety regulations and conduct inspections while training staff on protocols.
• Review blueprints and troubleshoot issues while ensuring quality installations.
• Estimate labor and material needs, managing inventory and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of work and progress, reporting to managers.
• Coordinate communication with clients, contractors, and other departments.

• Resource & Material Management: Estimate labor/material needs, manage inventory, and ensure necessary equipment is available.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of work, progress, inspections, and report to project managers.
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other departments.
