Roles & Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management on site, including supervising and monitoring the site and coordinating sub-contract works
• Oversee project progress & construction activities.
• Submit shop drawings and obtain approval from consultants and/or clients.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects according to schedules.
• Liaise with sub-contractors, consultants and clients for execution of works.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality procedures and standards.
• Produce proper reports and documentation before and after project completion.

Requirements

• Professional Certificate / NiTEC or other relevant qualifications
• Relevant working experience in interior fit-out works or construction field
• Able to read architectural & technical drawings and translate them to construction activities
• Able to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines
• Knowledge in MS Office & Outlook
• Relevant safety certifications like BCSS are a plus
