We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Food Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our food production facility. You will be responsible for managing a team of production staff, ensuring food safety compliance, maintaining production schedules, and optimizing operational efficiency.

This role is hands‑on and requires strong leadership, problem‑solving skills, and a keen understanding of food production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily food manufacturing operations to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met
  • Lead, train, and evaluate production staff to promote teamwork and maintain high performance
  • Monitor and manage production lines, ensuring output meets quantity and quality requirements
  • Enforce compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, ISO standards)
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and staff performance
  • Coordinate with quality control, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth workflow
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and report to management with timely solutions
  • Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed consistently
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a supervisory role within a food manufacturing or processing environment
  • Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP, GMP, etc.)
  • Good leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
  • Familiarity with production machinery and maintenance coordination is a plus
