Job Summary

The Service Crew (Sandwich Artist™) is responsible for delivering an outstanding guest experience by preparing and serving high-quality sandwiches and meals according to SUBWAY® standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble sandwiches and meals following SUBWAY® quality and presentation standards to ensure customer satisfaction
• Serve customers promptly and courteously to create a positive dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food preparation and service areas to meet food safety and hygiene requirements
• Follow food safety procedures to handle ingredients and equipment safely in a fast-paced environment
• Work efficiently with team members to manage customer orders and maintain smooth operations
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or quality issues to supervisors
• Adhere to brand guidelines to ensure consistency in product quality and customer service

Requirements & Qualifications

• Singaporean or PR or LTVP only afternoon shift from 2pm to 10pm
• Full-time - 6day work week or 48hr/week
• Part-time - minimum is 3 days a week.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Hygiene cert would be preferred.
• Must be able to carry 10 to 15kg goods.
• Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle peak-hour operations
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
