Job summary

About the Role

We are seeking a responsible and customer‑oriented Student Admin Officer to support student affairs, front‑desk operations, and administrative functions. This role focuses on service, coordination, and admissions support.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Front Desk Support
  • Handle enquiries from students and parents via phone, email, and walk‑ins.
  • Provide professional, timely, and accurate information about school procedures and student services.
  • Assist in resolving issues/feedback and follow up to ensure satisfactory closure.
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming front‑desk experience.
Admissions & Student Support
  • Assist with admission process, student registration, and documentation.
  • Maintain and update student records and internal databases.
  • Coordinate with academic and administrative teams on student‑related matters.
General Administrative Duties
  • Perform administrative tasks assigned by the Administration Head.
  • Assist with scheduling, documentation, and internal communication.
  • Support website updates and simple content changes when required.
  • Participate in job rotation to learn new responsibilities and support operational needs.
Communication & Coordination
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, internal staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and service standards.
Qualifications
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, with passes in English and Chinese.
