Job summary

A leading HR consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a specialist to design and deliver various learning programmes in Human Resources. The role involves partnering with public agencies, creating innovative learning resources, and facilitating training sessions. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and possess strong organisational and communication skills. This is a 1-year contract position with a competitive salary of up to $5500 per month, offering opportunities for career advancement.

Job description
  • Work Location - West Region

  • Working Hours - Mon to Thurs 8.30am - 6pm, Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm

  • Monthly Salary - up to $5500 per month

  • 1 year Contract (extendable to become permanent), Govt Agencies

Job Scope
  1. Conceptualise and deliver online, blended, and classroom learning in Human Resources (identify learning needs, design curriculum, develop materials, evaluate outcomes).

  2. Partner with public agencies to develop and customise Learning and Development interventions for their development plans.

  3. Research emerging Human Resources topics and create learning resources (articles, videos, infographics, toolkits, case studies, role plays).

  4. Plan and organise seminars, webinars, communities of practice, and exhibitions on trending Human Resources topics.

  5. Design and facilitate learning sessions and case study discussions in training programmes.

  6. Contribute to consultancy projects supporting public agencies in their transformation journey.

Requirements
  1. Preferably at least 2 years of prior experience in design of learning interventions/ programmes of different modalities (e.g. face-to-face, virtual, blended)

  2. Good organisational, analytical, project management and communication skills

  3. Self-motivated, proactive and resourceful. One who believes in developing people and would like to make a difference in HR practices in the public sector.
