Qualifications

  • Proficient in HRIS, MS Office, and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering and support staff.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
  • Identify skill gaps within teams and coordinate training.
  • Oversee payroll processing and benchmark pay structures.
  • Ensure HR policies comply with local labor laws.
  • Partner with management on organizational development.
