• Minimum of 8 years of HR experience in B2C industries (Retail, FMCG, Hospitality).
• Proven experience managing a team of 5–10 members.
• Hands-on involvement in training, development, and L&D program design.
• Strong soft skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify HR issues and propose solutions for various departments.
• Develop and support HR strategies for the organization.
• Lead and mentor a team of 7 HR staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee HR policies, compliance, and payroll.
• Handle employee relations matters and manage union discussions.
