Job description

• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Lead financial reporting, consolidation, and ensure compliance across group entities.
• M&A & Transaction Support: Prepare the company for mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, financial analysis, and post-deal integration.
• Cash Flow & Fundraising: Develop integrated cash flow models and support fundraising initiatives.
• Operational Finance Management: Oversee quotations, project monitoring, margin analysis, and cost interrogation to ensure operational efficiency.
• Strategic Financial Support: Provide financial insights and scenario modeling to guide business strategy and decision-making.
• Advisor Coordination: Collaborate with external advisors, auditors, and consultants on financial and transaction-related matters.
• Financial Systems & Controls: Implement and enhance financial systems, processes, and controls to support growth and scalability.
