Qualifications

• Proven track record as CFO or senior finance leader in an SGX-listed company.
• Strong understanding of construction or related project-driven industries.
• In-depth knowledge of SGX/MAS regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall financial strategy, long-term planning, and capital allocation.
• Ensure full compliance with SGX listing rules and MAS regulations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management practices, and corporate governance.
• Manage relationships with investors, analysts, and banks.
• Oversee project accounting, cost control, and financial performance of construction projects.
• Lead and mentor the finance team.
