Qualifications

  • Min 4 years of experience as an Account Manager, Customer Service Manager or relevant role.
  • Knowledge in the IT sector is a plus.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client concerns.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships.
  • Liaise between customers and internal teams for solution delivery.
