岗位职责

销售：

• 负责日常收银、结账及简单账目核对
• 商品上架、补货、陈列与货架整理
• 协助盘点库存，保持店面整洁
• 为顾客提供基础服务与咨询

店长：

• 负责门店日常运营管理
• 排班、人员管理及基础培训
• 货品管理、库存控制与销售跟进
• 提升门店销售业绩与服务质量
• 协助公司执行门店运营标准

工作时间

• 排班制，具体班表可沟通

薪资与福利

• 底薪 + 提成 + 花红

A local Singapore convenience store brand is expanding and looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team.

Requirements

• Singapore Citizens / PR only (mandatory)
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to work
• Driven, eager to learn, and able to handle pressure
• Experience in convenience store / retail / F&B is an advantage
• Training provided for candidates with good attitude

Job Roles

Cashier:

• Daily cashiering and payment handling
• Product stocking, shelving, and display
• Basic inventory support and store cleanliness
• Customer service and assistance

Store Manager:

• Daily store operations and management
• Staff scheduling, supervision, and basic training
• Inventory control, sales tracking, and performance improvement
• Ensure company operating standards are followed

Working Hours

• Shift-based schedule (details negotiable)
