Job Overview

The STEM Programme Assistant supports the delivery of our Science, Robotics or Math enrichment programmes for preschool and primary school children. This role involves the preparation, packing, and maintenance of teaching materials, as well as assisting in the facilitation of enrichment classes and workshops.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and pack weekly lesson materials for Science, Robotics or Math lessons according to curriculum requirements
• Create and set up age-appropriate STEM teaching aids based on lesson needs
• Maintain, organise, and track teaching resources (e.g., robots, iPads, consumables, andother materials)
• Conduct or assist in running enrichment classes, workshops, or holiday camps related toRobotics
• Complete periodic student progress reports
• Provide feedback to the core team to support continuous improvement in curriculumquality and class management
• Perform any other ad‑hoc tasks or duties assigned

Job Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work
• Physically fit and able to carry heavy items when required
• Efficient, resourceful, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
