Job summary

A leading cancer care facility in Singapore is seeking a Full-time Nurse to provide essential nursing care, administer medications, and perform practical procedures in an oncology setting. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Nursing and is registered with the Singapore Nursing Board. Experience in oncology nursing is preferred. Bilingual communication skills are essential for patient interactions. Workdays are Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays. Job description

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care, assisting the doctors and performing practical procedures such as dressing, injection, blood taking and specimen collection
• Daily operation involving administering of chemotherapy, hydration and other medication
• Perform venepuncture and cannulation
• Able to handle administrative work when the need arises
• Under immediate supervision of a Nurse Manager at Parkway Cancer Centre Clinic/s

Requirements

• Possesses at least a Diploma in Nursingand registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
• Experience in oncology nursing preferred. Those with no experience but have work experience of at least 2 years in a hospital/clinic setting can also apply
• Good team player, meticulous, service-oriented, and possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to converse in bilingual languages (in order to liaise with multilingual speaking associates & patients)
• Full-time position, Workdays every Mondays - Fridays (Office Hours) & Alternate Saturdays (half day)
• Working Location: Located at Parkway Cancer Centre Clinic Level #10-11/12 of Mount Elizabeth Orchard Hospital.
