Responsibilities

• Attend to patient’s enquiries

• Coordinate with external parties in the management of patients
• Coordinate with external vendors for purchasing & maintenance of equipment and services
• Prepare patients for various diagnostic procedures
• Manage the booking of hospital facilities and appointments of patients
• Apply for pre-authorisations and handle insurance enquiries (pre/post procedure)
• Dispense medication to patients under doctor’s order
• Other additional and adhoc duties as assigned
