Roles & Responsibilities

📍 Location: Ang Mo Kio

💰 Salary: $1200 - $1400

⏰ Working Hours: Scheduled Shift between 5pm to 10pm (across Weekends and PH)

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily routine checks of the Staff Centre and Satellite Gym to ensure facilities and equipment are in proper working condition.
  • Inspect and monitor amenities including staff gym, satellite gym, karaoke room, children’s playroom, billiards room, games room, aerobics studios, massage chairs and other support facilities.
  • Check building systems such as air-conditioning and fan systems, door security, lighting, flooring and windows.
  • Oversee cleanliness and operational readiness of facilities, liaising with cleaning supervisors and relevant departments (e.g. HR) when required.
  • Ensure all faults, breakdowns or maintenance issues are reported promptly and followed up with the respective departments or staff-in-charge.
  • Work closely with the staff-in-charge to support planning and scheduling of facility usage.
  • Monitor and regulate proper usage of facilities and equipment to prevent misuse or unauthorised activities.
  • Perform daily checks and report any discrepancies to HR, ensuring follow-up actions are completed by the end of the day.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned in accordance with operational needs and instructions.
Requirements
  • Must have minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service or at least 6 months prior experience in recreational facilities.
  • Must be able to move heavy loads (e.g. tables, chairs & sports equipment).
  • Must be proficient in MS Office.
