Role Overview

Amazon Fuse team seeks an exceptionally driven Senior Partner Growth Manager to drive growth for Amazon subscription services (Prime, Prime Video, Amazon Music, Kindle Unlimited) through 3P across Southeast Asia, AU/NZ.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own marketing relationships with strategic Fuse partners; design and execute short/medium‑term growth campaigns.
  • Deliver partner growth goals (PD60 & other KPIs) across offers and customer segments.
  • Build scalable GTM programs leveraging Prime Video content, seasonal tentpoles, and partner marketing channels.
  • Partner with BD, Finance, Tech/Product to set goals, allocate budgets, and build tools for efficiency.
  • Track, report, and optimize campaign results; maintain account accuracy in Lift‑analyzer and tracking systems.
  • Lead or co‑own regional/global initiatives related to marketing automation, data reporting, or process optimization.
  • Represent Fuse in partner QBRs and leadership updates; prepare executive review materials.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of digital sales, account management, business development, or partner management experience.
  • Strategic marketing management experience; proven ability to build and execute strategic portfolio initiatives.
  • Strong analytical mindset; proficient with analytic tools and marketing performance measurement across channels.
  • Experience managing cross‑functional projects, influencing stakeholders, and delivering presentations to customers and executive stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Oracle Business Intelligence, Salesforce, Microsoft OneNote, SharePoint, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Kochava, Rocketium).
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or equivalent.
