Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Senior Executive/Executive, who will be the Project Manager of this research programme. He/She will spearhead, plan and oversee all aspects of the programme to ensure the successful completion within the defined direction, scope and budget. He/She is resourceful and adept in understanding the needs of the research team as well as work closely with the programme leads. He/She will need to be dynamic, confident and decisive in leading and overseeing the completion of the individual projects that make up the research programme.

  • Drive programme to meet schedules, budget and manpower targets together with research programme leads.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to all activities related to the SPARKS research programme.
  • Work closely with respective programme lead(s) and stakeholders to ensure that the work is proceeding well and on time as well as gain an agreement on programme goals and deliverables.
  • Guide team to deliver on the overall research programme objectives.
  • Provide support for budget management, progress of projects, and personnel management under his or her charge and report in the project charter.
  • Conduct review of research programme plans at regular intervals to identify any problems that can be rectified or readjusted.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Graduate qualifications in nursing, science, business or project management
  • Familiarity with programme/project management tools and/or software packages. Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
  • Have a working knowledge of Good Clinical Practices, Clinical Research, Clinical Trial process and related regulatory knowledge.
  • Equip with strategic, operational and management skills
  • Proficient in MS office applications
  • Familiar with Medical and Research Ethics requirements and terminology
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Able to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in the environment and priorities
  • Able to elicit cooperation from senior management and other departments
  • Experience in managing complex programmes and projects
  • Preferably with 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in project management.
