Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Planning Manager to lead strategic business planning and operations initiatives across the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, leadership skills, and experience in business operations management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive APJ rhythm of business by leading the business cadence with regional leadership, facilitating strategic discussions and driving actions.
  • Lead APJ revenue and signing forecasting, providing accurate reporting to global stakeholders.
  • Co‑lead key regional level business documents, collaborating with leadership.
  • Develop and execute annual goal‑setting processes in collaboration with Business Operations and Finance teams.
  • Lead global projects, including system migrations and operational tool implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 10 years of Microsoft Excel experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools.
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership.
