A leading global data provider in Singapore is seeking a Sponsorship Sales Manager with a focus on selling sponsorships for the Asia Pacific Sustainable Business Summit. The candidate must have a proven track record in event sponsorship sales and corporate client engagement, as well as be comfortable presenting to senior leaders. This role offers a dynamic environment with significant opportunities for professional growth and requires occasional travel to attend events and meetings.
Times Higher Education is the data provider underpinning university excellence in every continent across the world. As the company behind the world’s most influential university ranking, and with almost five decades of experience as a source of analysis and insight on higher education, we have unparalleled expertise on the trends underpinning university performance globally. Our data and benchmarking tools are used by many of the world’s most prestigious universities to help them achieve their strategic goals and our events series act as the home of higher education thought leadership around the world.
We are looking for a Sponsorship Sales Manager to join Times Higher Education’s corporate team, with a clear focus on selling event sponsorship and exhibition packages, primarily for the Asia Pacific Sustainable Business Summit, part of the Global Sustainable Development Congress series (GSDC).
This role is about commercial sales. You will sell tailored sponsorship and exhibition opportunities that align with the strategic priorities of corporate partners. You will tap into THE’s wider global events portfolio where relevant, but your main focus will be on the Asia Pacific Sustainable Business Summit.
The Asia Pacific Sustainable Business Summit brings together leaders from business, academia, government, and civil society to drive action on sustainability in the region. It is a core part of GSDC’s international footprint and a key platform for corporate visibility and partnership.
You will report to the Commercial Director, with a dotted line to the Asia Pacific Summit leadership. You will work closely with marketing, content, and event teams who will support lead generation and delivery. Your role is to convert opportunities into revenue and build strong commercial relationships.
This role requires domestic and international travel to attend events, client meetings, and industry conferences.
