Job description

Responsibilities

• Provide professional consultation and treatment to patients.
• Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Adhere strictly to clinical protocols and procedures.
• Communicate therapy goals and care plans with patients and/or caregivers.
• Train and supervise therapy assistants to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Assist in organizing staff schedules and managing caseload coverage.
