A premium Japanese dining establishment in Singapore is looking for an experienced Sous Chef or CDP. The ideal candidate should possess proven culinary expertise, leadership, and mentoring skills. You will work with high-quality ingredients in a dynamic environment, mentoring peers and collaborating with management to enhance the cuisine program. A positive attitude and excellent communication in English are required. This position offers a chance to be part of a supportive F&B team focused on memorable experiences.
