  • Plan and execute simple, fast Western-style menus that wow our customers
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
  • Lead a team of kitchen staff and manage schedules to ensure smooth service
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene protocols are followed to the highest standard
  • Create and plate dishes that are both delicious and visually stunning
  • Maintain kitchen organization and standards, including inventory management and equipment maintenance
  • Assist with menu development, specials, and promotions
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to improve skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with Head Chef and team to achieve culinary goals
Requirements
  • 3-5 years experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a Western-style kitchen
