A leading advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Sourcing Executive to manage raw material sourcing and supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will have a diploma and at least 3 years of experience in the EMS or manufacturing sector. Key responsibilities include securing competitive quotes and negotiating pricing. Proficiency in SAP and Agile is preferred. This permanent full-time position offers a salary of up to $4000, along with AWS and VB components.

Position: Sourcing Executive (Manufacturing)

Well Established Singapore-Based SME

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)

Employment Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4000commensurate with experience + AWS + VB

Location: Kallang

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for raw material sourcing by getting competitive quotes
• Accountable for supplier selection & component price data maintenance accuracy in SAP / Agile System
• Drive & negotiate components pricing and control costs
• Build relationships with vendors and key suppliers
• Identify & develop potential suppliers
• Execute analyses and make suggestions for improvement
• Adhere to all relevant guidelines and regulations

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum Diploma holder with technical background preferred
• At least 3 years experience in the EMS/ Manufacturing environment
• Proficient in SAP, Agile & Google workplace will be an added advantage
• Sourcing/Procurement experience in high mix low volume environment
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
