About the Role:

As a Solution Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing expert support and guidance to help them navigate and fully leverage our eye-share software. You’ll work closely with clients to ensure their inquiries and requests are attended in a timely manner, enhancing their overall experience and improving operational efficiency.

You Shall Have:
  • Strong Understanding of Invoice Processes: You are well-versed in invoice management processes and efficiency.
  • Basic Accounting Knowledge: You are comfortable with core accounting principles and have a solid grasp of financial operations.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You excel at identifying issues and finding creative solutions to improve processes and enhance efficiency for our clients.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Diploma or equivalent in related fields, such as Accounting, IT, or similar disciplines.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in an accounting role, or providing support in accounting/customer service.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a strong plus.
  • A genuine interest in customer service and problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken).
