Responsibilities

• Analyse the client’s business processes and systems
• Identify, analyse and document the challenges, pain points and requirements of the client
• Develop and recommend operational improvements and process optimisations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes
• Prepare user guides, and conduct training and testing sessions with client
• Ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget
• Communicate progress with stakeholders
• Update, organise, and maintain documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics or relevant discipline
• Experience in business analytics or consulting will be advantageous
