Job description

Responsibilities:

• Design and review comprehensive architectures that integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with business intelligence, geospatial, and IoT platforms.
• Define and implement data integration frameworks connecting D365, Qlik, ArcGIS, and IoT platforms to ensure seamless interoperability.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications and detailed design blueprints.
• Develop data flow and synchronization models between D365 modules, ArcGIS, Qlik, and Azure Event Hub to support real-time and batch data processing.
• Design IoT solutions that capture, process, and integrate sensor data into enterprise systems to enable predictive insights and operational analytics.
• Conduct architecture reviews, enforce compliance with enterprise standards, and provide technical leadership on best practices.
• Ensure solution designs meet performance, reliability, and scalability requirements across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams and technical specifications, to support implementation and ongoing system maintenance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 or Azure Architect, Qlik, Esri, or Power Platform credentials are highly desirable.
• 5–7 years of experience in solution architecture with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 design, customization, and integration.
• Hands-on experience with Qlik Sense/QlikView, ArcGIS Enterprise, and Azure IoT Hub, including data modeling, analytics integration, and geospatial data management.
• Strong technical background in API development, microservices architecture, cloud integration, and real-time data streaming using Azure Event Hub.
• Solid understanding of IoT platforms, communication protocols (MQTT, HTTP, CoAP), and ETL/data warehousing processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with proven experience working in Agile or Scrum environments and producing detailed technical documentation.
