Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 10-12 years of total experience with at least 5-8 years of experience in Microsoft consulting, with a strong emphasis on solution design & functional implementation
• Must have experience in leading multiple full lifecycle Microsoft implementations across various clouds.
• Mastery of Microsoft configuration tools – Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, and Dataverse
• Strong understanding of Microsoft data model, relationships, and data migration strategies.
• Proficient in requirements gathering, process mapping (AS-IS/TO-BE), and gap analysis.
• Must have experience in Dynamics CRM
• Must have experience in credit or loan origination
