As a Software Project Manager at Superfastech, you’ll manage multiple digitalisation projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross‑functional partners across the organization. Your projects sometimes will span time zones and hemispheres. It’s your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Responsibilities
  1. Works with project team members and stakeholders in completing the Project Charter and Statement of Work documents, outlining the objectives, scope, deliverables, resources, budget, and schedule.
  2. Creates the Project Plan and Work Breakdown Structure documents.
  3. Provides the Schedule Diagram and Project Schedule.
  4. Creates and implements the Project Communication Plan and coordinates closely with all virtual and co‑located resources.
  5. Manages and ensures changes on the scope are reviewed, documented, and properly kept track.
  6. Provides regular reports to appropriate stakeholders.
  7. Audits the project performance throughout its lifecycle in alignment with success criteria.
