Job Summary

You will lead the development and deployment of user-facing features with a frontend focus, collaborating closely with leadership to prototype and productionize innovative learning tools that enhance user engagement and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver full-stack features with a focus on frontend technologies including React, Tailwind, and Next.js to drive seamless user experiences


• Collaborate with the founder and technical advisors to rapidly prototype and transition user-facing tools from concept to production


• Integrate external services such as Zoom, WebRTC, and Notion to enrich the learning platform’s functionality and interactivity


• Analyze and resolve complex UX challenges to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that respect user comfort and engagement


• Participate actively in rapid user feedback cycles by building, deploying, and iterating features to continuously improve product quality and relevance


• Communicate effectively in asynchronous and remote team environments to ensure alignment and progress on product goals


• Adapt to early-stage startup dynamics by managing shifting priorities, lean processes, and evolving specifications with autonomy and agility


• Apply a product-centric mindset by prioritizing user experience and business impact alongside technical correctness

Preferred competencies and qualifications
