A leading charity organization in Singapore is seeking a Social Work Assistant to support social workers with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations. This role involves processing financial aid applications, maintaining student records, and engaging with caregivers and vendors. Ideal candidates should have GCE 'O' or A' Level, at least two years of experience, and good interpersonal skills. The Social Work Assistant supports the Social Workers in the administrative functions related to students' matters such as preparing students admissions letters and documents, processing subsidies applications, and administering subsidies. He / She will also support the school general office in day-to-day operations, including working with bus vendors and uniform vendor.
