Job Summary
As a Social Media and Digital Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Involves creating and scheduling engaging content for the company website and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), including short videos, product beauty shots, emails, advertisements and digital assets such as banners and web graphics.
- Supports development and execution of social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Managing online sales activities such as preparing quotations and invoices, responding to enquiries, providing after-sales service, and maintaining e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee), including participating in sales campaigns.
- Contributes to strategy development by conducting competitive analysis, staying updated on industry trends.
- Collaborating with SEO / SEM teams and suggesting improvements for user-friendly, visually appealing web interfaces.
- Tracking, analyzing and reporting on social media performance metrics is required, along with timely community management - monitoring comments and messages. engaging with followers and encouraging user-generated content.
- Uphold consistent brand image across all communication channels and supports the preparation of product catalogues and technical specifications for new products.
Requirements
- Diploma in Arts / Design / Visual Communications / Marketing or equivalent.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing & Adobe Photoshop for photo editing.
- Strong sense of design aesthetics & possess a creative flair and have passion in Design.
- Basic social media marketing knowledge.
- Strong in copy writing will be an advantage.
