  • A diploma or degree in Media, Communications, Visual Communication, Film, or a related creative field
  • Strong competency in design software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator — while we love CapCut and Procreate, we’re looking for solid skills with professional‑grade tools.
  • Skilled in mobile videography — from shooting to editing for mobile‑first platforms
  • Comfortable conceptualising, storyboarding, shooting, and editing end‑to‑end content
  • A solid instinct for framing, pacing, transitions, and platform‑specific humour
  • Bonus points for photography, motion graphics, or simple animation skills
  • Confident communicator, comfortable presenting your work and ideas
  • A true team player who collaborates well with creative and account teams
