Account Management & Social Media Management

Account Management Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project deliverables, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, maintaining clear, professional, and effective communication with all stakeholders.

• Partner closely with the Account Director to coordinate workflows between external partners and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on brief and on schedule.

• Support and advise clients on social customer care best practices, ensuring agreed response times and service standards are upheld.

Social Media Management Responsibilities

• Collaborate with planning and creative teams to execute digital strategies and develop comprehensive project briefs aligned with campaign objectives.

• Interpret briefs, conduct research, plan, and oversee content calendars across key platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Manage digital assets, oversee monthly content calendars, and ensure accurate and timely posting schedules.

• Handle day‑to‑day community management, including responding to social media queries, comments, and interactions.

• Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools such as Meta Insights and Google Analytics.

• Provide actionable insights and optimisation recommendations to improve content and campaign performance.

• Monitor, optimise, and report on paid media and advertising performance.

• Produce monthly and quarterly social media performance and insights reports.

• Analyse campaign data to inform editorial calendar planning and ensure KPIs are consistently achieved.
