About the Client

About the Job
  • Source and generate new leads through marketing calls, networking events and partnerships with external stakeholders and acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) Commercial Mortgage Loans
  • Introduce and cross-sell Business Banking products offered by the bank
  • Provide good customer service to clients by understanding their needs
  • Engage in ongoing conversations with existing and new clients to understand their needs and requirements to assess how the bank is able to help them to protect and grow their wealth to achieve their business financial goals
  • Provide accurate information regarding the benefits and privileges that the client will enjoy as a customer of the bank
  • Comply with all regulations and controls as set by the Bank and external regulatory authorities
Skills and requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of sales / business development experience
  • Strong knowledge of business banking products
  • Familiar with commercial mortgage financing principles (eg. TDSR framework).
  • Keen understanding of adherence to credit underwriting requirements.
