Position: Construction Site Supervisor (Structural Steel)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Liaise with Project Manager / drafter / contract manager
• To ensure installation / fabrication is carried out as per construction drawings .
• Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed
• Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers
• Carry out inspection in accordance with standard
• Control material waste , completion time
• Guide and training new or refreshment workers
