Job summary

A leading engineering company in Singapore is looking for a Site Supervisor to coordinate and execute construction site works. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in site supervision and hold a relevant educational qualification in electrical or electronic engineering. The role includes overseeing project progress, ensuring quality, and training workers, all while adhering to the project schedule.

Job description

1. Accountable for coordinating and sequencing works in accordance to master and detailed scheduled
2. Accountable for supervising site works to ensure quality works and completion within schedule
3. Supervise on-site technical support in various stages : project execution, attendance of site meetings, testing and commissioning and project handover etc to ensure project progress according to schedule
4. Supervise site inspection and to resolve site matters with regards to the project, sub-contractors works and progress of works
5. Supervise/train the workers

Job Requirements

• Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College or Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic)
• 5 years of relevant experience in related field
• Ability to read construction drawing
• BCSS / Trade Foreman
