Job description

Responsibilities

1. Site work schedule planning, site safety, ordering building materials; liaise with main contractor for site requirements, ordering custom-made metal, and all other site matters.
2. Implement carpentry works and inspections.
3. Reports any defects/non-compliances to the Project Manager; assist and support the Project Manager in handling and monitoring the progress of the project.
4. Ensure works are carried out according to schedules and are on target to completion.
5. Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time
