Responsibilities

• Project Oversight - Coordinate daily site activities and ensure work progresses according to schedule. Monitor subcontractors and workers to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Quality Control - Inspect workmanship and materials to ensure they meet company and regulatory standards. Flag and rectify defects or deviations promptly.
• Safety & Compliance - Enforce workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations. Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure workers adhere to MOM and BCA guidelines.
• Communication & Reporting - Liaise with project managers, clients, and suppliers. Maintain site diaries, progress reports, and incident logs.
• Resource Management - Manage site inventory, tools, and equipment. Coordinate delivery and storage of renovation materials.

Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Knowledge - Familiarity with renovation techniques, materials, and tools. Ability to read and interpret architectural and M&E drawings.
• Leadership & Coordination - Strong team management and conflict resolution skills. Ability to motivate and guide workers from diverse backgrounds.
