Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to manage supplier sourcing, evaluate prices, and prepare tenders and progress claims. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, along with at least 4 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. The working days are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm, and the salary ranges from $3,200 to $4,000.

Qualifications

• Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building or equivalent with minimum 4 years’ relevant working experience.
• Experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Source for suppliers and subcontractors for quotations.
• Evaluate price comparison and costing summary.
• Prepare tenders, measurement, and bills of quantities.
• Evaluate claims/bills submitted by Subcontractor/Supplier.
• Prepare monthly progress claim.
