Job summary

A construction management company in Singapore seeks a Project Manager to oversee site activities and supervise field teams while ensuring quality and safety standards. Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of construction project management experience.
• CSCPM certification or equivalent safety course.
• Advantage if possess Class 3 and above driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all site activities and supervise field teams while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Monitor work progress, ensure projects are completed on time, according to contract specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, builders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare progress reports, safety reports, and material purchase requests.
• Manage maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion.
