Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project/Site Manager in project planning, coordination, execution and monitoring of all works on site.
• Responsible for daily site operations; monitor and coordinate works with site supervisors.
• Supervise the team to ensure a high standard of safety practices at all times.
• Plan daily project activities and monitor progress to ensure civil and structural works meet project specifications and schedules.
• Resolve technical problems, provide engineering input, and manage design and construction issues as they arise.
• Liaise with Main Contractor, consultants, relevant authorities, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Coordinate with Procurement on delivery schedules and site requirements.
• Ensure timely submission of all required project documentation (method statements, work progress reports, daily reports, QA/QC reports, etc.).
• Undertake any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Project Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant work experience in the construction industry.
• Strong ability to work independently, multitask and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to work at project sites.
• Competency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
